There is a wide variety of volunteer opportunities with Hot Meals USA. If you choose to sign up to help during a disaster, we will need people to make food, which may include using a grill, griddle, large boiler, convection oven, smoker, and/or food warmer. Volunteers are also needed to dish prepared food into to-go containers to be dispersed to victims, volunteers, and/or first responders. We also have volunteers greet residents and hand them food when they visit our mobile cooking units. Depending on our location and the nature of the disaster, we may have volunteers drive through neighborhoods to deliver hot meals to folks as they are working. There is a job for EVERYONE, no matter age, skill, or ability!

Thanks to a grant from the American Heart Association, Hot Meals USA has heavy duty storage racks to hold food donations. These donations will be dispersed to local food pantries to help residents who experience food insecurity. Please consider donating or volunteering to help us support our local communities.
